Dates of travel to be requested for minimum of 06 weeks
in advance for reservation.
Room confirmation is subject to availability against
restricted inventory.
10% surcharge applicable on the entire package amount
when the stay overlaps Saturday OR Sunday OR a Public
Holiday.
INR 5000 deposit is non refundable and lapses if not
utilized by September 29th 2006
Prices inclusive of return transfers from the airport /
Madgaon Railway Station in an air conditioned coach.
In the event that there is a cancellation of a
confirmed reservation – the deposit will be forfeited.
Postponement – In the event, a confirmed reservation is
changed, one night’s incremental deposit would be charged in
addition to the package price. (Eg: For B&B Basis – INR 3300
will be charged, For All 03 Meals - INR 4500 will be
charged.)
Two children below the age of 12 years would be
accommodated in Lagoon Suite at no additional cost without
an extra bed, if extra bed required it would be @ Rs. 800 +
tax per night per bed. Meal charges extra.
Extra Adult @ 1500 + tax per night –with one extra bed
only in a Lagoon Suite. Meal charges extra.
Buffet Meals Supplement Per Person: Breakfast –Rs. 300/-
; Lunch – Rs. 400/- ; Dinner – Rs. 500/- Incl of Taxes ( 50
% discount for the kids between 5 – 12 years). A La Carte
chargeable on Menu rates.
Tennis/Golf/Spa: 20% Discount.
Rates Applicable to Indians and Foreigners with valid
work permits in India.
