Note: Kindly go through each and every point given below carefully: -
- An applicant must provide all necessary information true to the best of his/her knowledge while filling up the form
- All documents provided by him must be genuine and legal.
- If the applicantb already holds a passport he/she must surrender it while applying for a fresh passport.
- If the applicant had applied for the passport earlier, he/she must give its intimation while applying again
for a fresh passport.
- The passports must be kept very carefully as any lost or damage of your passport may impose a heavy penalty on the holder of the
passport.
