Terms and conditions for APEX bookings :

• All reservations would be confirmed against valid guest names and no name change would be permitted.
• Maximum of one room can be booked in one name.
• Reservation confirmation would be against 100% advance payment.
• No amendment of dates / room type would be permitted.
• Cancellations :
  • Within 3 weeks of arrival date – 100% refund would be given.
  • Within 2 weeks of arrival date – 50% retention would be charged
  • Within 1 week of arrival date – No refund, full retention would be charged.

• Accommodation in well appointed garden facing rooms for 3 nights and 4 days for a couple,
• centrally air conditioned rooms with tea / coffee makers, in room safe’s and data ports.

Child Policy

• 02 children below 12 years complimentary on room only, with one extra bed.
• Compulsory meal supplement for children between 06-12yrs – Rs.500.00 (US$12) per child per night.
• Extra adult rate (Above 12 yrs) - 30% of the package.

• Junior Suite at a supplement of Rs.5000.00 (US$ 120) per night.
• Deluxe Suite at a supplement of Rs.8000.00 (US$ 190) per night.

Honeymoon Supplement : Rs.3333.00 / US$ 79 for 03 nights and 4 days.
